Wesfarmers is launching a group-wide program to use agent AI to personalize retail experiences and reduce operational complexity.
The ASX-listed company announced the rollout of agent AI across its largest branded operations, including Bunnings, Kmart, Officeworks, Priceline and Blackwoods.
The company will leverage agent AI technology from two ecosystems – Google Cloud and Microsoft – and today announced “multi-year” partnerships.
Wesfarmers managing director Rob Scott said the use of AI was expanding into areas such as “forecasting, design and customer satisfaction”.
