SpaceX’s latest prototype SN9 rocket went up in flames Tuesday afternoon after reaching 10 kilometers (that’s roughly 6 miles).

After the ascent, the rocket’s Raptor engines re-ignited while attempting a flip-landing maneuver before reaching the landing pad at the SpaceX site in Texas off the Gulf of Mexico. But the descent was not that smooth. It exploded when it landed.
