Volgren, the largest bus body manufacturer in Australia, has launched a new customer relationship management (CRM) platform to transform its sales, forecasting and customer service operations. The move comes as manufacturers across the industry strive to adapt to changing customer expectations and increased competition.
Platform introduction
The company has implemented the SugarCRM Precision Selling Platform, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to streamline complex sales processes. The move is intended to give Volgren’s sales team real-time visibility across all sales pipelines, improve forecast accuracy and reduce the time it takes from quote creation to deal closing.
