CEO Iyer expressed optimism about the company’s future with the support of KKR, positioning Omnissa as a key player in the $26 billion market opportunity. Bradley Brown from KKR praised Omnissa’s innovation and potential in the digital workplace market. The company aims to integrate its products into an AI-driven platform to automate device and application provisioning and deliver new services and use cases for employees and management. The leadership team, including Iyer and other executives, will elaborate on Omnissa’s strategy at an upcoming event on July 23. The transaction will involve local closures in certain jurisdictions by 2024.
