Spread the love

Avi Load Balancer introduces new features to enhance self-service load balancing, expand container ingress capabilities, improve mobile and 5G support, and automate the conversion of legacy load balancers to Avi. The software-defined load balancer offers a distributed architecture with integrated automation and application transparency. It is designed for hybrid multi-cloud environments, including VMware Cloud Foundation, traditional data centers, and native public clouds for various workloads.

For VCF Private Cloud Applications, Avi provides fast deployment and automation with integrations with vSphere and NSX, as well as self-service capabilities through Aria Automation. It also extends application visibility to VCF administrators.

In Kubernetes applications, Avi serves as an Ingress LB with integrated automation through Avi Kubernetes Operator and Gateway API features that reduce the need for customization.

For mobile and 5G applications, Avi offers native multi-tenancy functionality, support for Telco Cloud Platforms, and enhancements to the IPv6 load balancer.

A new Legacy LB to Avi Conversion Tool simplifies and accelerates the migration process for legacy load balancers to Avi, providing automated conversion of configurations.

Avi Load Balancer supports self-service load balancing for VCF Private Cloud, enabling application teams to deploy load balancing services immediately with minimal manual intervention.

The multi-tenancy support of Avi Load Balancer has increased by nearly three times, allowing enterprises to manage more service engines and tenants, thus optimizing cloud operations and service offerings.

For Ingress Load Balancing of Kubernetes and Serverless Workloads, Avi offers a container platform-agnostic solution with advanced L7 routing features and integrated services for a wide range of workloads.

The software-defined approach of Avi extends to mobile and 5G applications with distributed IPv6 support and Telco Cloud Platform 4.0 support, catering to a variety of use cases in the telco industry.

Overall, Avi Load Balancer continues to innovate and provide value to customers with its comprehensive features and capabilities across different environments and workloads.
