Vietnam’s Cybersecurity Law that went into effect Jan. 1 will “chill innovation and investments without meaningfully protecting against cybersecurity threats,” according to an emailed statement by BSA, which represents companies such as Adobe, Amazon Web Services, Apple, Microsoft, IBM.
