Turn your best AI prompts into one-click tools in Chrome

People are using AI in Chrome to get more done on the web, whether it’s answering questions, comparing information, or clarifying concepts.

Previously, repeating an AI task – such as asking for ingredient substitutions to make a vegan recipe – meant entering the same prompt over and over again when visiting different pages. To make this easier, we’re introducing Skills in Chrome that lets you save, reuse, and run your most useful AI prompts with a single click.

Create your own one-click workflows

If you write a prompt that you want to use again, you can save it as a skill directly from your chat history. The next time you need it, select your saved skill in Gemini in Chrome by typing a slash (/) or clicking the plus (+) button. Your skill will then run on the page displayed, along with any other tabs you selected. You can edit your saved skills and create new ones at any time.
