For training managers, this means that technical AI knowledge is now critical, including understanding how tools work, where they fail, and what tasks they should never take on. But these skills need to be in addition to the explicit teaching of policy construction, wording, causality, aggregation, regulatory expectations and claims behavior under local conditions – the very tacit knowledge that used to be slowly acquired sitting at a desk next to a seasoned insurance professional.
