SALINE TWP., MI – Construction truck traffic has gotten even heavier this week on Michigan Avenue/US 12 through the Saline area already home to residents Reporting problems since the end of last year.
It’s because of that preparatory work on site preparation at the controversial “Stargate” data center site in Saline Township.
This week, more trucks drove at the massive “hyperscale” data center construction site in Saline Township and through downtown Saline. Data center developer Related Digital is preparing the site for the 2.2 million square foot project for ChatGPT developer OpenAI and tech giant Oracle.
“The worst is now,” said township engineer Dan Cabage.
