This humble Australian tech founder created an AI jobs behemoth

Few Australian tech billionaires are as successful and yet as little known as Katrina Leslie.

Her decade-old job platform Swipejobs, which uses artificial intelligence to find the best matches for job seekers, had revenue of $1.3 billion in 2025, employs more than 800 people, has been profitable for six years and is preparing to list on the ASX this year.
