There’s a smarter way to make travel plans.
The integration of artificial intelligence is the future of travel and tourism. However, a new survey from Beach.com found that while adoption of AI for travel planning is high, trust in the system remains low.
According to the survey of more than 1,000 U.S. travelers, 77% of Americans said they would trust the use of AI for travel planning – and last year, 46% actually used it to plan trips.
However, only 32% said they would be happy to rely solely on AI to book their vacation.
Sarah Silbert, editor-in-chief at Points Path, agreed with travelers’ skepticism.
“I would be cautious about handing all travel planning over to AI,” she warned The Post, saying it would be a “great first step.”
