An Australian entrepreneur has decided to sell his entire property portfolio – including the house in which he lives – due to the threat of artificial intelligence.
Emil Juresic, the founder of NGU Real Estate, has listed one of Brisbane’s most significant properties – a three-storey, 1400 square meter mansion – for sale with an asking price of $25 million.

“Hacienda” overlooks the Indooroopilly Golf Course and features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a six-car garage, a home office, three entertainment areas and a wellness area that includes a commercial gym, steam room, sauna and cinema.
Mr. Juresic said he rejected offers of up to $22 million for the property a few years ago but believes it is worth more now.
