William Elliott gave slides on how Car Group uses AI, how it plans to use it, how it makes the company and its services more valuable (not less), and unveiled a surprising new global AI hub with an appropriately hip name (CG/Lab) that would develop agent AI capabilities that could be rolled out across Car Group’s various business units worldwide. He threw everything at it and needed most of it to stick.
