The Oracle veteran’s appointment sends shares of CID HoldCo up nearly 24% in after-hours trading

CID HoldCo Inc. (NASDAQ:DAIC) shares rose 23.80% to $1.04 in after-hours trading on Tuesday following a change Securities and Exchange Commission Filing detailing a leadership change in the C-suite.

The company named Delores Rochester as chief revenue officer, effective Jan. 5, 2026, according to Tuesday’s filing.

She succeeds Robert Renywho was deposed on December 12th; The SEC filing noted that his departure did not involve any accounting disagreements with the company.

Rochester has previously held various roles at Oracle Corp. (NYSE:ORCL) And IBM (NYSE:IBM), most recently served as Group Vice President for North America Cloud Infrastructure Sales at Oracle.

The veteran executive will receive a base salary of $285,000 with variable bonuses of up to $190,000 for 2026, depending on sales targets established by the CEO and approved by the Compensation Committee.
