Tracker Capital Management LLC invests in Presage Security

New York City-based Tracker Capital Management LLC announced Monday that one of its subsidiaries has acquired a controlling stake in Reston-based technology startup Presage Security.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Presage is working to apply machine learning and advanced math processing to the analysis of video images to validate healthcare, safety, and authenticity.
“Tracker Capital’s investment and partnership will greatly enhance our ability to deliver innovative solutions to our customers,” said Mark Oliver, Presage Founder and CEO, in a statement. “Tracker Capital brings extensive know-how to our target market segments and together we can successfully scale our company to meet the growing demands of our customers.”
