Manchester Super Giants are under scrutiny for sharing an AI-generated promotional video full of bizarre continuity errors.
On Sunday, the Manchester-based Hundred franchise released a 53-second clip on its social media platforms revealing the club’s new kit for the 2026 season. The striped jersey is blue and red, with a motif focusing on how rival United and City fans are ‘united’ in the summer months.

However, the video was full of strange AI-generated images that were quickly mocked on social media.
One shot shows South Africa’s Aiden Markram, an off-spinner, bowling at medium pace in the opposite direction of the pitch – without the ball in his hand.
In another image, three batters can be seen on the field, none at the striker’s end, while half the players are inexplicably wearing Test match uniforms…
