We heard from Samsung Galaxy A52 4G and Galaxy A52 5G For quite some time now, and while there is still no official word from Samsung about these smartphones, the steady leaks over the past few months have given us a good idea of what to expect from these phones.
However, the latest leak is from German blog WinFuture leaves little room for the imagination, as it details the specifications of the Galaxy A52 4G and 5G, reveals their prices and shares new renderings.
The Galaxy A52 4G and 5G have been discovered Geekbench with Snapdragon 720G or Snapdragon 750G. The publication confirms this bit, claiming that both smartphones run Android 11 with out-of-the-box UI and have two storage options depending on the market – 6GB / 128GB and 8GB / 256GB. Both 4G and 5G models also come with a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
The source says that Galaxy A52 4G and 5G are the same with differences in chipset and connectivity. That means that both versions of the Galaxy A52 come with a 6.5-inch FullHD + Super AMOLED screen with a fingerprint reader underneath and a hole in the middle for the 32-megapixel selfie camera.
A previous leak claimed the A52 4G would come with one 90Hz panel, while its 5G counterpart goes up to 120 Hz.
The back panels of the A52 4G and 5G that will come in four colors, will host quad camera setups that include 64MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, 5MP (likely macro), and 2MP (likely depth) units. This contradicts previous leaks where it was claimed that the smartphones will have two 5-megapixel cameras, with the 4G variant having one 12MP shooter on board instead of 8MP.
Additional functions of the A52 Duo include a 3.5 mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.x, NFC, dual SIM support and protection class IP67.
According to the source, the Galaxy A52 4G will be priced at 349 euros in some European countries, while the A52 5G will cost 429 euros.
