Heartland is standalone from The Division games and is based on the core mechanics of The Division. The third-person perspective of the series is retained. You can play alone or with up to three other players.

Development is led by Red Storm Entertainment, a studio closely tied to the Tom Clancy licenses and also worked on The Division and The Division 2.

Additional information, a trailer and screenshots were not provided.

Ubisoft also announced plans to move The Division franchise to mobile to bring the universe to an even wider audience.

Finally, Division 2 will also receive brand new content as part of an update at the end of 2021. The content will include an entirely new game mode and method for leveling agents, with an emphasis on increasing build diversity and viability. More details about this new update will be announced prior to its release.
