Be careful when relying on the AGI aperture for certainty or uncertainty.

In today’s column, I examine the growing suspicion that there is an AI vulnerability associated with achieving artificial general intelligence (AGI). Here’s what that amounts to. Some argue that as we get closer to achieving AGI, the semblance of certainty that we will get there increases and uncertainty decreases. This means that our ability to predict or predict the arrival of AGI will continue to improve throughout the arduous journey to AGI.
