This office will focus on defining and developing proofs of concept and MVPs to showcase the value of AI technologies for clients. The collaboration has already delivered AI solutions, including code generation for IT applications, process automation, cognitive assistants for industrial operations, and more.
The partnership will introduce SHARK.X, a new platform that integrates IBM hardware and software components to facilitate end-to-end AI implementation. This platform, hosted at Telefónica Tech’s La Cabina facilities, will offer specialized professional services for deployment architecture, data integration, AI use case development, data governance, and compliance with regulations. SHARK.X will encompass IBM Cloud Pak for Data, Watsonx AI and Data platform, Cognos, and Planning Analytics to support data management, analytics, and AI applications for clients.
