– Ad Lightning Co-Founder Scott Moore is stepping down from his position as CEO for personal reasons but remains on the Board of Directors and supports the company’s business strategy. Dan Frechtling has been appointed as the new CEO.

Spun off from Pioneer Square Labs in 2017, Ad Lightning provides tools for publishers and ad networks to identify non-compliant ads. The Seattle-based startup recently raised additional funds for a new product to help customers meet privacy standards, which can vary by state and country.

Most recently, Frechtling was President of G2 Web Services, a Verisk Analytics company. G2 Web Services, headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, provides risk management services for e-commerce merchants.

Prior to joining G2 Web Services in 2015, Frechtling was vice president of global website products for digital marketing company Hibu.
