T-Mobile and Google Fi customers now receiving Android 14 QPR3 update with June Feature Drop

Android 14 QPR3 with a June 2024 feature release is now rolling out to Pixel phones on T-Mobile, including Google Fi. The update was originally expected on June 3, based on a support document related to Google One VPN deprecation, but was instead announced 8 days later. On June 11, the update was released to some US users, excluding Verizon and T-Mobile customers. Verizon received the update last week with the same global version, and Pixel owners on T-Mobile are scheduled to receive it on June 24 as an 894 MB OTA. Google also launched a specific build for Australian carrier Telus on June 18.

QPR3 included only a few visual adjustments, with many Feature Drop announcements coming as app updates also implemented in QPR2. DisplayPort support on Pixel 8+ and Gemini Nano (8+8a) requires Android 14 QPR3. More information about bug fixes can be found in the update.

This update comes a week before the start of July and its monthly update. Additionally, Pixel users can expect further enhancements with this latest update.

This summary provides an overview of the recent Android 14 QPR3 update for Pixel phones on T-Mobile, including Google FI, with details about the release date, features, and improvements included in the update.
