Stoic, a new spin-off from Axialent, has launched a platform that aims to use artificial intelligence for leadership development across companies. The company is introducing a system aimed at improving engagement and application rates in corporate training programs, closing a persistent gap between training and behavior change in the workplace.

The Stoic platform provides personalized coaching, mentoring and tutoring to users at all levels of an organization. The system is based on Axialent’s more than two decades of experience coaching C-level executives and executives of multinational companies and combines behavioral science, psychology and elements from philosophies such as Buddhism and Stoicism.
