Stellantis and Microsoft have agreed a five-year collaboration to advance digital capabilities using artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
The partnership will see joint teams work across more than 100 AI initiatives spanning sales, customer care, product development and operations.
Key workstreams include AI-assisted product validation, predictive maintenance, and accelerated rollout of digital features and services.
The carmaker also aims to use encrypted data insights to improve customer-focused offerings, including energy efficiency guidance and vehicle health monitoring.
