Siri appears to have spilled the beans at the next Apple launch event. MacRumors was to be reported first The If you ask the voice assistant about the time of the next Apple event, it will say April 20th. We received the same answer, but only on a device associated with a US Apple ID. Apple usually announces its events with invitations that are sent a week in advance. This means the news should become official later today.

“The special event will take place on Tuesday, April 20, at Apple Park in Cupertino, CA. You can get all the details on Apple.comSays Siri. Tapping the link takes you to the default Apple event landing pagewhere the start is not listed. It seems odd that the answer is claiming that the event is taking place in Cupertino, as this will almost certainly be another online event recorded by Apple.

The message itself does not contain any indication of what Apple may want to announce at the event. However, recent rumors point to at least new iPad Pro models. Bloomberg recently reported New iPad pros will be introduced in April. It should be the 12.9-inch iPad Pro Apple’s first device with a mini LED screenThis enables a high contrast ratio without the risk of burn-in associated with OLED displays. According to reports, the new iPad pros may be in short supply due to production problems Apple is facing the mini LED displays. Other rumored iPad Pro upgrades include new processors with performance similar to the M1 chip in Apple’s recent MacBooks, better cameras, and USB-C ports with faster transfer speeds.

There are rumors that Apple is also about to launch its products long rumored AirTags. The location tracking devices that allow users to track items using Apple’s Find My software were expected to start last year but ultimately never appeared. With Apple recently opened its Find My network To track third-party items, the stage is now set for the introduction of your own physical trackers.

Unless Siri is lying, the invitations should arrive immediately.
