Simplismart’s $14M Series B
Simplismart raised $14 million in Series B funding led by Dallas Venture Capital, with participation from NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax, to expand its AI inference platform. Amritanshu Jain, co-founder and chief executive officer of Simplismart, said, “The advantage comes from how you run them: what each interaction costs, how quickly the application responds, and whether it stays reliable as demand grows,” as the company positions its software layer between AI models and GPU infrastructure. Simplismart said its modular inference engine lets businesses configure how AI models run based on speed, cost and performance, while its orchestration platform manages deployment and scaling across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
Simplismart also said its annualised revenue run rate grew 14-fold over the past six months, and it cited customers including HeyGen, Higgsfield, InVideo, Shiprocket, Apna and Ema running production workloads across video, voice, multimodal and enterprise AI applications. Dayakar Puskoor, managing partner at Dallas Venture Capital, said, “Inferencing is emerging as one of the biggest game changers in AI economics,” linking the investment to helping enterprises run AI workloads more efficiently.
Nvidia’s bet on efficiency
Nvidia backed Simplismart in the $14 million round, and TechCrunch coverage described the deal as an all-primary Series B with Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax joining Dallas Venture Capital.
