Google Search used to feel like a clean list of links. Now half the screen is taken up by AI summaries and sponsored results that try to answer your question before you can even reach a real website. If you’re tired of fighting through all of that, try udm14.com.
The site is built around a simple Google Search parameter called “udm=14.” This little trick tells Google to strip away AI Overviews and most of the extra clutter, leaving behind a more old-school list of search results. Go to the udm14 site and use its search bar just like you would Google Search. It automatically redirects you to a cleaner version of your Google Search query.
Be aware that any proxy site like this could potentially read all of your search queries; however there is currently no indication that udm14.com is doing this. If you don’t trust proxy sites, then you have another option. You can just manually add “&udm=14” to the end of a Google search URL and get the same effect directly…
