Samsung to ramp up HBM4 DRAM output capacity by 70% to meet rising Nvidia, AMD demand – KED Global

Samsung Electronics Co. plans on a sweeping expansion of its next-generation DRAM production lines, increasing capacity for advanced memory used in high-bandwidth memory 4 (HBM4) by up to 70% as the chipmaker doubles down on the artificial intelligence boom.
