Samsung to begin world’s 1st mass production of HBM4 in 3rd week of February for Nvidia’s Vera Rubin – KED Global

Samsung Electronics Co. will launch the world’s first mass production and shipments of next-generation high-bandwidth memory, HBM4, shortly after the Lunar New Year holiday, to seize early leadership in the fast-growing AI semiconductor market and reassert its dominance in the advanced DRAM segment.
