Samsung set to ship HBM4 to Nvidia ahead of rivals in February – KED Global

Samsung Electronics Co. is set to become the industry’s first supplier to ship its sixth-generation high-bandwidth memory, known as HBM4, to key customers including Nvidia Corp. and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. as early as February, a milestone expected to help it regain leadership in the race for AI-focused memory chips.
