Fintech Salestrekker has announced a new suite of artificial intelligence tools integrated into its updated Salestrekker 2.0 platform to improve broker compliance processes and ensure the security of consumer data.
Customer relationship management (CRM) and lending provider Salestrekker has announced that it is embedding artificial intelligence into broker workflows in Salestrekker 2.0 to strengthen compliance and protect consumer privacy.
The new features, available exclusively through Salestrekker’s aggregator partners, automate key elements of document review and compliance checks, provide real-time support and translation, and streamline the creation of audit-proof customer files.
The rollout of Salestrekker AI will begin with the Specialist Finance Group (SFG) aggregation group, which will participate in initial testing and feedback before the technology becomes more widely available.
