Salesforce has launched what it calls an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Fluency Playbook, advocating an approach to business AI use that goes beyond the use of generative AI (GenAI) tools and assistants.
To introduce the framework, Nathalie Scardino, the provider’s Chief People Officer, hosted a panel discussion with representatives from Salesforce customers. These included the recruitment company Adecco and an AI-focused software and consulting company called r.Potential that emerged from Adecco.
The playbook proposes a four-step journey for AI use in enterprises, from tools, support and contribution to what the supplier calls a “catalyst” for business transformation. When promoting your framework to customers, offering yourself as “customer zero” plays a common role in the IT industry.
