VMware Fusion can now run Windows 11 for Arm on your Apple Silicon Mac – and it works well on Intel Macs too.
The new VMware Fusion includes a new Virtual Trusted Platform Module (2.0) device that will be recognized by Windows as a valid TPM, with VMWare also developing a new encryption method to support this.

VMware says Intel Macs will have full support for Windows 11 with VMware Tools, which allow users to easily drag and drop, copy and paste, and share folders and devices between the host machine and the virtual machine.
On Apple Silicon Macs, VMware says, “VMware Tools offers virtual graphics and networking, and there’s more to come. With certified and signed drivers, Windows 11 looks amazing and upscales resolutions to 4K and beyond!”
