RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell now costs 16,000 US dollars

NVIDIA now charges 16,000 US dollars for the RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Workstation Edition in its own US marketplace. The card was previously listed there at 13,250 dollars. This means the official shop price has increased by a further 2,750 dollars, or around 20.8 percent, within a short period of time. NVIDIA’s product page displays the new price directly; at the same time, the card is currently marked as unavailable there. The RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell is NVIDIA’s high-end workstation card based on the Blackwell architecture. It features 96 GB GDDR7 with ECC, a memory bandwidth of 1,792 GB/s, and a maximum power consumption of 600 watts. NVIDIA also specifies 4,000 AI-TOPS. Four DisplayPort 2.1 outputs are included. The model requires two slots and uses Double-Flow-Through cooling. The price development is particularly notable because early US retailer listings were significantly lower. VideoCardz documents a price of 8,565 dollars for the boxed workstation version in 2025, as well as 8,435 dollars for larger quantities. Later pre-orders were sometimes as low as 7,673 dollars. However, NVIDIA did not specify an official MSRP at the time. The frequently quoted statement that the card is now “87 percent above MSRP” is therefore technically inaccurate.
