The pandemic sheds new light on technology, the cybersecurity skills gap and the need to retrain displaced people across EMEA. In fact, recent research by (ISC) ² has shown that the global cybersecurity workforce will need to grow 145% to fill the gap. This is not a small margin, and as the competition for talent increases, companies need to rethink their approaches to recruiting and retaining top security talent.
