Qantas will open a technology and innovation center in Adelaide early next year that will focus on improving the delivery of digital experiences.
The center “is expected to host more than 420 high-skilled technology roles over the next three years, bringing critical innovation capabilities to the business,” Qantas said in a statement.
The airline said that “product managers, digital experience designers, software engineers, and data and AI specialists will come together to transform the way customers interact with Qantas throughout their journey.”
