Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) is one of the the most active US stocks to buy, according to analysts. On December 15, Phillip Securities lowered the company’s price target on Oracle from $350 to $344 and maintained a Buy rating on the stock. The company increased its investment outlook for Oracle in 2026 from $35 billion to $50 billion. The increased spending reflects the company’s continued confidence in its dual role as a specialist cloud provider/OCI and comprehensive full-stack AI leader.

On December 11, RBC Capital also lowered the company’s price target on Oracle from $310 to $250 and maintained a Sector Perform rating on the shares. This sentiment was reflected when Oracle’s FQ2 2026 results were mixed: robust cloud growth and strong remaining performance obligations/RPO were tempered by high capital expenditures and negative free cash flow.
