As part of a strategic setting for the expansion of cloud infrastructure oracle appointed Paul Costanzo as senior director for data center construction. Paul comes from Kais-AIR, where he served as Director of Mission Critical and drove the company’s leadership in modular data centers, AI factories and high-efficiency cooling systems for Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
At Oracle, Paul will lead the development and deployment of hyperscale, AI-optimized data center infrastructure critical to Oracle Cloud’s next-generation compute and AI/ML platforms. His responsibilities include responsibility for speed, scale, cost and reliability for large, multi-site programs.
Key priorities include hyperscale and AI-optimized deployment, high-density power solutions, advanced cooling technologies (e.g. liquid cooling), modular and offsite construction methods to accelerate deployment, and rigorous risk, schedule and capital management at megaproject scale.
