The platform helps professionals—both native and non-native English speakers—improve communication skills by analyzing speech, meeting interactions, and communication patterns. It provides real-time feedback on grammar, vocabulary, tone, clarity, and professional expression.
Communication Coach leverages Pearson’s skills intelligence engine and aligns with the company’s Global Scale of English. It can be customized using Microsoft 365 Copilot and draws on data from platforms such as Faethm and Credly.
