Park Holidays UK drives growth and cloud adoption with IGEL


Park Holidays UK is using technology from endpoint security firm IGEL to support merger and acquisition growth and cloud adoption. The partnership will also help the holiday provider to use Microsoft 365 applications for new staff collaboration opportunities. 

The organisation began working with IGEL in 2012, when it deployed a combined IGEL and Citrix solution for virtual desktop infrastructure. This helped the firm address bandwidth issues, standardise desktops, simplify PC support and speed up endpoint deployment, configuration and management. 

“We’ve taken a ‘cookie cutter’ approach to the desktop,” said Michael Procyshyn, IT director at Park Holiday UK. “In other words, we have one uniform system across the company so that when new parks are acquired, we just drop in Citrix and IGEL to rapidly deploy desktop services.
