Orica has developed a conversational AI assistant as an overlay for its HR systems, with its North American offices the first to benefit from the tool.
Leo Luk, global process strategy and enablement manager, said at the ServiceNow AI Summit Melbourne that the company has “eight business-focused interfaces for all HR topics, which is probably six or seven too many for our tastes.”
