Clients migrating to OCI will gain access to a variety of services previously unavailable to them, such as Oracle Autonomous DatabaseMySQL HeatWave Database Service, Oracle Container Engine for Kubernetes, and OCI AI Infrastructure.
Regarding regulatory compliance in the financial sector, Oracle has developed solutions that address DORA requirements and other industry regulations. Banco Sabadell has utilized Oracle’s services to adhere to local regulatory standards, with its director of technological services, Enrique Rodríguez, highlighting the potential for new technology adoption such as AI in various business areas with Oracle’s cloud region in Spain.
Oracle’s investment follows Amazon’s significant investment in AWS in the Aragon region, with a focus on creating jobs in local companies.
