Oracle began laying off employees. Here’s what it’s offering as a severance package. According to business insider Ashley Stewart, Oracle offers four weeks of base pay plus one week of additional pay for each year worked up to 26 weeks. The payout is adjusted based on state law, and employees must have worked at least six months in the final year of employment to count as a full year in severance pay calculations. Oracles cuts affected employees in healthcare, sales, cloud, customer success…
