The new lease at Neuhoff Development expands Oracle’s Nashville footprint by over 116,000 square feet
AUSTIN, Texas, March 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — To accommodate future workforce growth in Nashville, Oracle has signed a new lease for 116,000 square feet in the Neuhoff District, 1320 Adams Street. With this latest investment, Oracle will increase its Nashville office capacity to approximately 2,000 seats across three locations, marking a significant step forward in the company’s plans to create thousands of new technology jobs and become a cornerstone of the local economy.
