AWS has provided numerous options for running Oracle workloads for over 15 years, starting with the managed simplicity of Amazon RDS for Oracle for full flexibility Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) with multiple storage options such as Amazon EBS io2 Block Express, GP3 and Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP. These services continue to serve businesses well across a wide range of Oracle deployments, including Oracle Database-powered applications (Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Siebel, JD Edwards), custom applications based on Oracle Database, middleware platforms (Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Fusion Middleware), and ISV applications based on Oracle Database as the data layer.
