Oracle Corp (NYSE:ORCL) Is are among the best S&P 500 stocks with the highest price potential. The company has been awarded a contract to help the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) modernize their systems. This deal was announced on February 11 and includes the provision of cloud services to support the federal health agency’s mission-critical systems.
Specifically, Oracle Corp (NYSE:ORCL) will consolidate certain on-premises CMS workloads and migrate them to the cloud. Oracle will execute this contract through its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure division, allowing CMS to leverage a platform that meets strict security and compliance requirements.
In another federal contract, Oracle announced Feb. 12 that the U.S. Air Force had selected Oracle for an $88 million contract to provide cloud services. Oracle noted that this deal expands its role as a key partner in the Pentagon’s cloud modernization efforts.
