Oracle Chief Corporate Architect Edward Screven is planning to retire.
Screven gave his notice Jan. 8 and intends to depart in February, the cloud software company said Monday. Screven has worked at Oracle for 38 years.
He will continue to serve as Oracle’s representative on the board of directors at the semiconductor company Ampere Computing Holdings, Oracle said.
