Oracle Corporation Shares are trading lower during Monday’s session.
The company has appointed Hilary Maxson appointed Chief Financial Officer effective April 6.
Hilary Maxson officially assumed the role of CFO on April 6, 2026, succeeding Doug Kehring, who led the company through significant structural changes.
Before joining Oracle, Maxson was EVP and Group CFO at Schneider Electric SE. She increased operational performance, scaled the business and advanced strategic initiatives. She previously spent 12 years at AES Corporation in senior finance, strategy and M&A positions and supports complex global infrastructure projects.
