Oracle and Palantir have announced that their Foundry platform and AI platform have been certified on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and are now available across the company’s distributed cloud deployment options. This collaboration aims to help enterprises and government entities accelerate their AI initiatives by leveraging Oracle’s distributed cloud, AI infrastructure, and sovereign AI capabilities along with Palantir’s AI and decision acceleration platforms.

Alongside OCI’s distributed cloud offerings, which include public cloud regions, Foundry and AIP will also be available in dedicated OCI regions such as Alloy, Government Cloud, Roving Edge, and Oracle-equipped regions for defense and intelligence customers. By deploying these platforms on OCI, enterprises can benefit from OCI’s flexible computing infrastructure, which enhances efficiency, performance, and security.

According to a press release from the companies, this partnership aims to help global customers leverage the latest innovations in cloud computing and AI while also meeting their regulatory, performance, and security needs. Josh Harris, a Palantir executive, emphasized the importance of collaborating with Oracle to provide customers with the tools necessary to scale AI capabilities across their operations.

Oracle highlighted that its sovereign cloud offerings allow enterprises to meet regulatory, security, and performance requirements while reaping the benefits of cloud and AI technology. Rand Waldron, Oracle’s vice president, stated that the combination of Oracle’s powerful and flexible cloud infrastructure with Palantir’s decision acceleration platforms enables customers to quickly scale AI capabilities and harness the potential of their data while adhering to data sovereignty and security standards.
