Oracle Corp. today introduced dozens of new pre-built artificial intelligence agents in its Fusion Cloud Applications suite, spanning marketing, sales, service and supply chain functions.
The 40+ new agents run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and are natively integrated into Oracle Fusion applications at no additional cost.
Oracle positioned the new agents as a way to transform traditionally slow and reactive business processes into automated workflows that can deliver insights and take action with little or no human oversight. The agents are built using Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, a platform that customers and partners can also use to create and manage their own custom agents.
In marketing, Oracle introduced a suite of agents designed to help companies plan, design and execute campaigns with less manual coordination between teams.
